When you are trying to find the right snow removal company, what is the best way to do this?


First off, you should be able to contact them whether it be by phone, text, or email. Usually, the reason for constant communication in the middle of a contract is because proper expectations were not initially set or the contractor is not following through on their promises, whether it be in the initial contact stage, or the service stage,

It is always a good idea to clear at a lower accumulation. This does mean the frequency of service will be more, but it drastically prevents the risk of a hard packed base layer, excessive ice build up, and less time for the service to take place. If there is ice or a hard layer of any sort, the time to properly service a driveway can increase dramatically.
